Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nebulaize provides subscription-based access to a cloud software platform. Once access is granted after payment, no refunds will be issued.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

No partial refunds are issued for early termination within a billing cycle.
