1. SERVICES
Nebulaize provides access to a cloud-based CRM and business automation platform on a monthly subscription basis. All services are delivered digitally, and access is granted upon successful payment.
2. Subscription & Billing
You are billed $39 for standard plan, $59 for pro plan and $89 for premium plan per month. The subscription will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You agree to be charged automatically through the selected payment gateway.
3. No refund policy
We do not offer refunds once the service has been activated. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse.
